Our hotel venue for the 2025 Annual Conference is 

Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is a boutique hotel located in the coastal community of La Jolla, about 25 minutes from San Diego International Airport. The property sits on 10 acres of landscaped gardens and is adjacent to the University of California, San Diego. The hotel features comfortable guest rooms and suites, multiple indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, a spa, a heated outdoor pool, and on-site dining options. Its location offers convenient access to La Jolla’s beaches, walking trails, and cultural attractions.

We have reserved a block of bedrooms for ILN attendees at a reduced rate of USD 447.14 per room per night, from Wednesday 15th – Saturday 18th October 2025.

• This bedroom rate comprises USD 369 for the bedroom, excluding a USD 20 destination fee, Room occupancy tax (12.75%), San Diego Tourism Assessment Fee (2%), and California Tourism Assessment Fee (0.195%) charged per room per night.  

Please note: Bedrooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so those who book early will get the choice of which room they would like. 

The hotel cannot remove the ‘free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival’ line from their online booking site, as this is standard for their public website.

The hotel cannot remove their ‘Guarantee policy: one night deposit plus tax, due at time of booking’. Cards will only be charged be nominal fee at the time of booking, and delegates will be fully charged at check-in.

Booking T&Cs
• Payment information: Guests will be required to provide a bank card at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. A small authorization fee will be charged to the card at the time of booking. Upon check-in, guests can present the same or an alternative card for the full reservation to be charged to, including an additional USD 150 per night for potential incidentals.

• Late reservations: Any reservations made after September 15, 2025, will be subject to the hotel’s current public rates.

• Cancellation charges: Guests can cancel their bedrooms free of charge before the 15th of September 2025, 10 am PST. After this date, cancellations may be charged at a 100% cancellation fee, as per the T&Cs of securing this reduced ILN bedroom rate.
